The official first day of summer is June 21st! And if you are like us, that summer mode started a couple of weeks ago, just as things began to warm up a bit.
For us, we find the time to be great for spending outside, with the family, and making new memories! From the trips to the beach, outdoor cookouts and movie nights with friends, to the epic road trips and summer events we come across, we find summer to be a great time to explore and relax! We also enjoy adding some of those must have summer staples to our time together such as those juicy popsicles, homemade ice cream, water toys, outdoor games, with an added pinch of plenty of laughter and love!

We do the same! We have a large set of garden areas then our barnyard filled with chickens. We no chicks yet this year, but last year they hatched late in the summer so there is still hope for some new babies! We did get some baby ducks this year though, so that has been exciting to watch them grow .
