Family game nights are a fun night not just for our family but for also our friends when they join us. So when we were sent a pack of games from Spin Master Games to share with our family and friends, we were excited to make it a game night party!
In the selection of games we were sent, we received the game Monkey See Monkey Poo, HedBanz Lightspeed, and Dumb Ways to Die. Games that the entire family can enjoy together.
In the hilarious Monkey See Monkey Poo game, you get a poo-flinging fun that gets everyone rolling in laughter the entire time. The players get to choose a game piece from the group of monkeys including P.U. Stink, Gassy George, Harry Dingle, and Tootsie. Kids then take the dough that is included, have it come out of the monkey’s bum, and roll the freshly squeezed dough into a ball that is then placed in the monkey’s hand. Players spin to see how many chances they get to knock down the bunches of bananas to earn their bananas. They then put the poo in the monkey’s hand, and fling it at the bananas on the tree. Each time a player hits a bunch of bananas they earn a banana, and move up the tree! The first to reach the top wins! Making Monkey See Monkey Poo a game that is not only hilarious but can be played over and over again!
With the game Hedbanz Lightspeed, you get a fun fast-paced twist on the classic “What am I” Hedbanz game! This game changes at lightspeed and the rules also change during gameplay as the flashing lights change between 3 colors! When the headband, players are in for a quick game of charades. When the light turns orange players get to answer questions faster than lightning! And when the light turns blue the players can give 3 clues! Players can try to guess as many of the cards as they are given until the time is up and the headband plays an applause. Giving players a fun, fast-paced game that is perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
Then with the game, Dumb Ways to Die, you get a game that the older kids and adults can play. We did try to play this with some of our younger guests but found the pre-teens and teenagers had the most fun along with the adults. With this game, the first one to start singing the song, Dumb Ways to Die, will go first. Each player is given 3 bean cards as well as 5 cards that have some pretty dumb ways to die on them. Players try to keep their beans alive, and the one at the end who still has a bean in play, wins!
We enjoyed having a variety of games that gave everyone something they could enjoy. Where, even our teens, who aren’t always too keen on playing board games, found fun in the lineup of games! Making the selection of games from the Spin Master Games collection, a great selection to add to your next game night!
